Terms of service
Respole Terms and Conditions
At Resole, we are committed to providing the best possible repairs for your climbing shoes. Please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility After Repair
Climbing shoe repairs must be reported within the first 30 days after the shoes have been fixed. We will do our best to accommodate any issues. If the 30-day period has passed, the guarantee will be forfeited.
Shoes We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns for La Sportiva Theories or La Sportiva No Edge shoes. Shoes with excessively large holes will not be accepted. If we proceed with a repair on a shoe with significant damage, it is at the climber’s own risk. We reserve the right to decline a repair and offer an alternative solution or a refund if necessary.
Climber Responsibilities
Climbers are responsible for providing the correct order number, as well as for dropping off and collecting the shoes at the chosen location.
Rubber Quality and Replacement
We strive to use the original rubber specific to your shoe model. If the original rubber is unavailable, we will select the best possible alternative to ensure performance and durability.
Repair Scope and Limitations
We make every effort to repair and restore as much of the shoe as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all damage or wear will be fully resolved. If the shoes are not fixable or do not meet the quality expected by the customer, we have the right to discuss the situation and can offer an alternative solution, a discount, or a refund.
Wear and Tear Expectations
Normal wear and tear should be expected from both new and repaired shoes. Repairs are meant to extend the life of your shoes but do not make them immune to future deterioration. We are not responsible for any damages or wear and tear caused by the climber.
If you have any questions about our return policy, feel free to contact us before booking your repair. Thank you for choosing Resole for your climbing shoe repair needs!
